Connection with others is an important force which drives us to be who we are from birth to death. There are many barriers to achieving connection; stress, fear, sadness, or loneliness just to name a few. In this space, we create an atmosphere of acceptance and authenticity in order to move from a place of loneliness to feeling hope and you guessed it – connection.

Shlomo specializes in people. Shlomo has clinical experience in treating symptoms of depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and chronic pain/illness. Generally, he works with couples, teenagers, and adults. His approach utilizes psychodynamic principles and targeted behavioral changes to guide sessions through the process of self discovery and the removal of barriers to feel connected.

Camrie Trautman

MA, LMFT

Life is full of unexpected twists and turns – it’s hard to keep up sometimes! From childhood, we develop behaviors, patterns, and coping mechanisms that influence our current experiences. Whether it's handling stress, loss, conflict, finances, sex,  etc., we will pick up helpful ways to deal with our current situations. But more often than not, we are just trying to figure out how to survive the best we can, which can sometimes create more damage than not. So how do we navigate and regain control when it comes to being our best self for our relationships, our communities, and for ourselves? Using an integrated approach that focuses on the interaction between the body, our mind and emotions, I provide support to those who are ready to explore their past, navigate current difficulties, create lasting change, foster deeper connections, and lean into their authentic self. I have extensive experience working with people with relationship difficulties/communication skills, affair/betrayal recovery, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, boundaries, and stress management.

I'm trained in Gottman, Emotionally Focused Therapy Externship, Pragmatic-Experiential Therapy Couples: PET- C (Levels 1 and 2), Brainspotting (Level 1), Healing Our Core Issues, HOCI/inner child work (Level 1), Polyvagal Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and TEB (certified).
