Couples and Marriage Counseling

One of our many effective approaches to working with couples is called Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). It’s an "experiential" approach, meaning the therapist helps the couple connect in new, meaningful ways during the therapy session. When this happens and each partner feels like they really matter.  They will begin to feel healthier as individuals and as a couple, which allows them to work together to solve issues.

Emotionally Focused Therapy is based on research that shows especially good results. In the research, EFT helped 90% of couples improve and 70-73% feel more satisfied in their relationship. Even better — these changes lasted after therapy ended.

Our therapists see couples from all walks of life, ages, races, cultural backgrounds, and sexual orientations. We would be happy to answer any questions and welcome you into our practice.
